The girl and the butterfly

It’s one of those «not so easy» days and I’m walking back home from work. My thoughts are a blend of stuff that stress me out with some music on the background (that I try to pay attention to) and a bit of strategic planning that rarely changes anything about my life!

So while I’m trying to figure out what’s happening inside my head, I notice this young woman wearing a white T-shirt and some large white headphones. She’s all lit up with a generous smile,pouring pure joy and her aura reaches in an instant! The reason is a beautiful black and white butterfly that sits on her index finger,fluttering its wings with frenzy. The scene is almost surreal to the point of being magical..

I’m certain that I also smile by the time that the girl lowers her arm to let the large insect sit on a branch of a green bush next to her..My worries are gone. I’m thinking that I need to say something to her but I can’t. I feel numb. I decide to move and save the memory. A few steps ahead I decide to turn my head back and check on the girl, just to make sure that what I saw was real..The girl was nowhere to be seen..
