Part of a new vision

It’s not a question of who’s leading or who’s the follower. We’ve discussed about it thoroughly. People get consultation about it on how can anyone “fortify” himself in order to be able to lead. Or if he’s a follower how to be able to choose to be led by an empathetic leader..

My dream is different.. I dream of a world in which people share their knowledge,skills and experiences and work in unison for a higher purpose. This would be living in peace, caring for the weaker, protecting nature and wildlife and discussing philosophy. A world that acknowledges the fact of mortality respects the sacred time of being alive. It needs the minimum recourses to be happy. Leading with the heart and less ego. They would strive to pass the knowledge to the next.

Let’s not be so hysterical about dominance on this sphere. Our time is limited and we tend to forget about it. In the meantime let’s try to focus on living a life rich in experiences and not just the accumulation of material stuff. This would be a nice paradigm of leadership. A different perspective of joy. Being powerful would need to be caring,sharing and full of love about every second spending here on earth with the rest of its inhabitants. And I guess that this dream is not only mine..
